Variable Opening Times
Although we have always been predominantly a professional services / repair services business we have maintained a full time retail presence for over 20 years. Rising costs, particularly over the last couple of years, mean that this is no longer commercially viable to offer this convenience.
The changes should have minimal effect and just mean that customers should check our opening times before making a special trip and where necessary book a visit, in exactly the same way you would for most non retail based services. On the up side the new working practices mean we are able to work more flexibly offering bookings evenings and weekends, it will also allow us to better manage workloads reducing overall service times with a new triage target for devices of 1 business day.
Workshop phone lines for both sites are open when either site is open, business customers should use the dedicated business line that’s open 9 to 5, Monday to Friday with an answerphone.
